How the structure works

Contract, billing, and asset responsibility

Contract framework

A defined agreement term

The PPA sets out the term, the scope of the installation, and the obligations of each party. The structure is agreed before construction begins so both sides know what to expect.

Power billing

Electricity billed on what the system generates

The host facility purchases the on-site generated electricity under the agreement. Billing follows the metered output, giving finance teams a clear and traceable cost basis.

Asset management

Maintenance and monitoring stay with the system owner

System ownership, preventative maintenance, and performance monitoring remain managed by FAMA ENERGY for the full term, so operating responsibility stays with the party that funded the asset.

Our PPA route

Capital and accountability, aligned for the full term

Under our PPA route, capital allocation and long-term operating accountability sit in the same structure. Your facility gains solar generation without direct capital expenditure, while FAMA ENERGY remains responsible for the asset throughout the agreement.
